1. The Order Process and Contract
- The order for products on the Website is placed by clicking the confirm button after entering checkout information and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of sale.
- Your order will be acknowledged by email. This is not a confirmation of order from us.
- As your order is dispatched from our warehouse a “dispatch confirmation” email will be sent to you.
- Dispatch of products indicates completion of the contract between the parties.
- If we are unable to supply you with a product we will inform you by email and will not process that order.
2. Price and Payment and Ownership
Prices are quoted on our website. We endeavor to ensure that all prices are correct. However, if a price is displayed incorrectly then we will verify the correct price prior to fulfilling your order.
In addition to the price of products you may have to pay a delivery charge, this will be stated at point of order.
Discounts cannot be combined; only one discount type may be used per order.
Payment must be made at point of order. Ownership of the products will remain with us, the seller, until full payment of all amounts due have been received by us.
All orders deliverable to UK and other EU addresses are subject to UK VAT at standard rate.
4. International Orders
Products delivered to some destinations, mainly outside the EU, may be subject to taxes, fees or levies, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs formalities for their export and import, and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges. The recipient of the goods, not the person who has ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.
If you are ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they are aware that they will be responsible for these additional charges. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We would advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
Goods are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, Airmail or Carrier depending on the destination and quantity of goods ordered. Delivery times can vary depending on the destination and time of year and cannot be guaranteed. Typical delivery times are as follows:

Your Cancellation Rights
Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel this contract provided you contact us within 7 working days after the day on which you receive the products.

A refund will be arranged, please allow 2 weeks from collection or posting for us to credit your account. We will refund the debit or credit card of the person who originally placed the order.
